PRIVACY
Privacy, explained plainly.
This policy describes how dazzl.top processes information when you use the IP lookup.
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. Information processed
When you submit an IP address, the site processes that address to return a lookup. If you choose “Use my current IP,” the site uses the source address identified by the web server. No account is required.
2. Lookup provider
The target IP address is sent to IPinfo to obtain available location and network information. IPinfo processes that request under its own privacy policy.
3. Cache and server logs
Successful lookup results may be cached on this server for up to approximately 6 hours to reduce repeated provider requests. Rate-limit files use a hashed visitor identifier rather than a plain-text source address.
The hosting provider, CDN, Nginx, or server security tools may retain standard access and error logs for security, abuse prevention, and operational troubleshooting. Retention is controlled by the site operator and relevant service providers.
4. Advertising and cookies
The site includes optional Google AdSense configuration, but advertising is not loaded unless the operator enables it with a valid publisher ID. The core lookup does not set an account cookie or use browser local storage.
5. External map links
Google Maps and OpenStreetMap are contacted only if you follow a map link. Those services apply their own policies.
6. Policy changes
This policy may change when the service, advertising setup, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
