These terms govern your use of dazzl.top and its public IP lookup service.

1. Informational service
Dazzl provides approximate, third-party-derived IP location and network information for general informational use. Results are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or precise.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful troubleshooting, research, development, and general network checks. You may not abuse the endpoint, evade rate limits, disrupt the service, scrape it at harmful scale, or use results to harass, discriminate against, or unlawfully track another person.
3. Availability
The service may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued without notice. Lookup fields depend on third-party availability and the data plan configured by the operator.
4. Third-party services
Lookup data is provided by IPinfo. Map links, hosting, CDN, and optional advertising may be supplied by other providers. Their terms and policies apply when you use those services.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-related loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, this service.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
